Yes — entirely. VAT is calculated at 15% and maps to SARS VAT201 fields. PayFast handles card, EFT, and QR payments in ZAR. WhatsApp share is built in because that's how SA businesses communicate with clients. We didn't adapt a global product — we built from scratch for the SA context.
DalaWhat Build is a traditional project: you get a fixed scope, we deliver it, IP transfers to you, project ends. Managed SaaS is ongoing: we build it (at a lower upfront cost because we retain the IP), host it, maintain it, and continue improving it. You pay a monthly or annual license fee and get a product that evolves with your business — not one that ages the day it's delivered.
No. Sign up with your email, explore the platform, and only upgrade when you're ready. No card, no commitment.
Connect your PayFast account in settings. Every invoice automatically gets a payment link — your client clicks it and pays by card, instant EFT, or QR code. No banking app back-and-forth. Payment confirmation is instant and the invoice marks as paid automatically.
Yes. Cancel any time — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of your paid year.
All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore + Storage), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each business's data is fully isolated — no tenant can access another's data.
